💫 Special Post-Junior Fellow Feature Friday 💫 Meet Nichole Legaspi! Nichole is a current post-junior fellow (PJF) from the Bay Area, CA. She completed her undergraduate studies at San Francisco State University and is a current medical student here at the University of California Los Angeles. In her free time, Nichole enjoys trying new foodie spots as well as cheffing up healthier versions of various dishes to fuel her active life of lifting weights. Her current favorite LA restaurants are Sonoritas Prime Tacos, iXLB DimSum, and B sweet. Try the shrimp taco salad with seasoned chips and salsas, fried shrimp wontons in chili oil, or bread pudding (respectively) and thank her later 😊 Nichole’s pathology interests include forensic pathology and health disparities research.
