long shot here - but any startup founders in HSR that have a really cool office and a bunch of extra seats that you're unnecessarily paying for atm?
would be happy to lease it for the next 6 months at a premium as well
I think building alongside another cracked startup could be mad cool
twitter fam, i need advice
we're a small team of 3 working out of hsr
we currently have a small office space at hustlehub, but it is extremely uninspiring and I hate it
problem is - office spaces like UV don't have 3/4 seater office spaces.
Is there a creative solution for this?
I really want to move us to a classy, inspiring office space but also dont have lakhs on it.

This tweet is not about baking…
Growing up, I remember that most Indians couldn’t bake at home. Ovens were largely limited to commercial bakeries.
Today, almost anyone can own an oven. Yet most people still buy their cakes from bakeries.
Because being able to bake, wanting to bake, and being good at baking are three very different things.

Friendly reminder: the world is run by high agency people, not smart people. Stop consuming information and start taking insane levels of action.

If you want to get ahead, just be easy to work with. Show up on time. Do what you said you'd do. Bring solutions, not problems. Never create drama. Be responsive. Be emotionally consistent. Be kind. People will always want to support someone who just makes their life easier.

your only job is to increase the revenue for your company
the most consequential way to do that is improve product and sell your product
if you are doing anything besides those two things you are losing to competitors who are not

between losing our first home, firing our CTO, going broke, losing our kitten, a parent's cancer diagnosis, and personal health battles, the only thing that keeps our team going is the ability to think long term.
we are a team of 3 building in the most competitive space of our time. but this is precisely why we are going to win.
if you ask anyone, we shouldn't exactly exist.
@gadekarjay30, an architect, was 22 when he went to clean a remote himalayan village and got 3k locals to subscribe to the clean up. relying on outside funds to keep it going made him realise he needed to earn his own resources first. that is what got him into entrepreneurship.
@vineetgupta3012, was 21 when he built our memory layer that beat the state of the art benchmark by 50%. comes from a tier 3 town in india, was rejected by 80 odd companies, and moved to bangalore because he wanted to build something generational.
and i wanted to be a filmmaker, studied architecture, dreamt of building the future homes of the world, self-learnt product and experience design, and led all our growth alone until now.
and yet, here we are.
looking back at why we've come this far, it boils down to what @naval said.
- we work hard, but we think harder.
we debate a button on the homepage and the company direction with the same seriousness. debates get heated because of how passionate we are. so our output is tasteful and focused. we cut the noise and the fluff and hold on to what is timeless. it reflects in the product too.
- we share a long-term ambition.
we three believe in the power of personal intelligence, and we think the world has not seen a shred of what it can look like. in its ultimate form it is a home that responds to your needs, beyond just devices.
these two things give us the clarity we need to face whatever comes our way while building @minimi_ai
when we look back, there won't be any regrets. we did the long-term version of everything.

My entire life changed when I realized that the people I admired were just the ones who had the courage to start. The ones who didn't overthink it. Who put their ego aside. Who walked toward uncertainty. Who kept showing up. The answer is found in the action.

The gap between "I had that idea" and "I built that business" is about 10,000 hours of work nobody wanted to do.

only three things matter in enterprise sales …
1. is there internal pressure/incentive
2. do you have their cell number
3. have they shared insider intel/gossip
