An observation on the Ilhan “not to my knowledge” statement: Understand that it is a felony to materially lie to federal investigators in the course of an investigation. This is likely the statement she gave them as well.

The charge is 18 USC 1001. So if she lies now, no statute of limitations issue and a five year hit. Used commonly in investigations. Her lawyers told her not to lie. So she’s telling the MSNOW interviewer the same line she gave the Feds, IMO. @C__Herridge

ILHAN OMAR: HOW PASSPORT FRAUD MAY BE ANOTHER AVENUE FOR PROSECUTION
Seasoned federal investigators know passport fraud may be another path to criminal charges.
18 U.S.C. § 1542 (False Statement in Application)
- Prohibits making any false statement in a passport application, using a passport obtained via false statements, or using a passport with an assumed/false name to hide criminal behavior
The 10-year statute of limitations on passport fraud is reset every time the individual renews their passport if the underlying application records, such as a Social Security Number, were obtained through fraud.
For example, the suspect lied about the true date and place of their birth to obtain a social security number.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: AMERICAN TERRORIST
This legal strategy was used to obtain a holding charge for the American terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki after 9/11.
Anwar al-Awlaki was a dual U.S.-Yemeni citizen.
The radical cleric, who became a top al Qaeda leader, was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, where his parents lived at the time.
He later grew up in Yemen.
When it was time for college, Awlaki gamed the system.
He applied for tuition assistance through the State Department and USAID to finance his studies at Colorado State University.
Awlaki was not eligible for financial support as a U.S. citizen, so he used his Yemeni passport (and false claims about his birthplace) to secure roughly $20,000 in scholarship money.
It was the beginning of the big grift.
When the Joint Terrorism Task Force investigated Awlaki after 9/11 for his relationship and material support of hijackers in San Diego and Virginia, a seasoned federal investigator ran down the scholarship scam.
Unfortunately, the statute of limitations had run out on the USAID tuition fraud.
A State Department Diplomatic Security Agent then discovered Awlaki made false statements to secure a J-1 visa (a non-immigrant visa for educational purposes.)
Once in the U.S., Awlaki applied for a Social Security Number, falsely claiming he was born in Yemen.
Awlaki used the fraudulently obtained Social Security Number to fraudulently obtain a U.S. passport.
The 10-year statute of limitations reset every time the American terrorist renewed his passport.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 well done JD! Great response!
VP Vance flips the script and calls out a protester who interrupted his Ohio rally by screaming and throwing his MAGA hat to the ground.
Vance points out that the man appeared to be pretending to support MAGA.
"He told on himself," Vance says, joking that the protester looked like he hadn't washed his hair in three months.
"And we all know that the people who haven't washed their hair in three months, they vote for Democrats, not for Republicans."

🚨 Here is the full 33 minutes from inside yesterdays historic White House fraud announcement: For the first time ever there is an incentive for everyday citizens to expose fraud. Prior it could take years and many attorneys to be able to claim the money exposed from fraudsters now you can receive the funds much faster.
Now you can claim 1% of the fraud that you expose. For example, if you expose $100 million you receive $1 million, if you expose $1 billion you receive $10 million. Plain and simple.
The tables have completely turned on the fraudsters, now they have nowhere to hide if someone knows they are committing fraud and wants to report them and receive cash they can now do so 💰 good luck learers 💀
For far too long fraudsters were able to use your tax dollars as an infinite piggy bank to enrich themselves as you pay for their luxurious lifestyles. Now YOU can report and stop the fraud and be rewarded.
START LOOKING. EXPOSE IT ALL.
Lmao! 🤣 🤣🤣🤣

Look at this tree carving!
A 450 year old red oak carved into President Trump's likeness 👍 – at Simpson, NC
Liberals and the media are upset that President Trump, VP Vance and Steve Witkoff are horrible for praising Putin for releasing an American hostage.
Biden traded “The Merchant of Death” for Brittney Griner. A pot smoking degenerate.
President Trump made a phone call and got Stephen Hubbard back, no terrorists released or money exchanged.
Thank you @POTUS @realDonaldTrump
