Needless to say this reasonable question couldn't be answered and asking it got me blocked ....

Could you give an example of one thing JKR has said that is transphobic ?
Seems this got me blocked...

Where does it say you have "no right" to ask a male to leave a female single sex space and is it a crime to do so?
I wouldn't ask the male to leave because males pose risk but i'd like to know if its a crime if i did..
Why would this get me blocked by @AlessandraAster?
Replying to @AlessandraAster
i do believe so ,i agree with Justice Choudhry and Maya Forstater, some people disagree and believe sex can be changed. both beliefs are protected and can be expressed.
Martina does understand the first thing : that Trans women are male and therefore should not compete in the female sporting category.
There must be a reason for limited replies on this post...
I don't think unisex lingerie changing rooms are going to catch on Miffy but i can see why you limit replies to that suggestion.

They would have to, if asked. More than likely it would be brought up before the death, as the question would have to be asked “is your child vaccinated”, during the diagnostic process

I wonder what he means by "see what happens"?
When someone says they don't agree with lots of things JK Rowling supported and you ask them for an example ....
"Something as innocent as a smile can be interpreted as consent! "No wonder he limited replies.....
I would like to clarify my earlier tweet regarding the horrific attack on Dutch teenager Lisa.
Firstly: responsibility for rape or murder lies entirely with the perpetrator. Never with the victim. Suggesting otherwise is unfair and a misrepresentation of what I said.
Secondly: highlighting the lack of integration and cultural awareness is not an excuse for acts of violence. It is a call to take every step possible to prevent such tragedies. Prevention is not justification, it is collective responsibility.
Thirdly: men, regardless of culture or background, are overwhelmingly the perpetrators of violence against women. This is a universal problem. At the same time, we must also acknowledge that some cultures are very different. In certain societies, even something as innocent as a smile may be misinterpreted as consent. This is shocking, but it shows why cultural awareness and integration are absolutely essential.
I do not believe that every person from a different culture is a threat. Far from it. But I do believe that cultural awareness and integration are crucial, if they can prevent even one attack, they are worth investing in.
Our focus must be: justice for victims, accountability for perpetrators, and prevention for the future.
That a Dr doesn't understand that sex is a protected characteristic beggars belief.

TERFS are bigoted jerks. They are not a protected class and they harm trans women in online and offline spaces daily.
A pox on all their houses.
It's a shame Hannah limits replies because i wanted to ask if she is arguing that we shouldn't bother with societal rules/laws because some people will violate them ?

Excellent Q by @kirith_ae ‘how feasible is it for organisations to stop anyone using toilet facilities.’ The Baroness refuses to answer and defers to her Chief Exec. He waffles on about the EHRC focus being on ‘having gender neutral toilets’
But that’s not possible everywhere

Women dont have a better chance of safety if males can access their same sex spaces in circumstances of vulnerability.
Women get hurt if males can access their spaces.
If some males feel unsafe in male spaces they should campaign for thier own spaces, not take female spaces.
Limited replies and hidden replies from those asking if males should have access to female changing rooms....
The truth is on trial

Is DU saying a woman who says she is uncomfortable with a male in the female changing room constitutes harassment of the male?!
Replying to @tribunaltweets
DU Y but there are various other considerations. Not sure what it's got to do with height.
NC you are middle class, privileged
DU not aware of C social class, not sure relevance
NC You expected her to bend to your will.
DU, no, I wanted for her to stop harassing me.
