In the last week, Governments worldwide seem to be urging us to stockpile 72 hours of supplies amid growing "cyberwarfare" threats.
My rough research estimate puts the chance of a cyberattack causing a localized power outage somewhere in the world within the next 30 days at 5–15%.
Not an official forecast, but the threat is real. Do we have a ticker established for this? How about $blackout ? It is currently such a low marketcap, it either does nothing or 100x's if it lands.
