Early honest and unapologetic conversations like this saves you a lot. You understand each other early and decide whether to continue or end it right there.

1.Make sure they never play a match at the home grounds at the same time or even the same day.
2. Make sure after every match dressing room is cleared and thoroughly checked before next fixture.
3. Avoid being in their PR and media gimmicks as a coach and investor else it may be as though you are picking favorite and you may end up loosing both.
4. Keep a separate kits, training attires and other items for both of them.
5. Unless you want to pick one in the near future I suggest you have equal time spent for training sections for both.
Lastly, one is your investment: fresh player, no experience, low maintenance, no injuries and the other has played in major leagues so the experience between them is vast. even though you may loose matches, it may be easy to play the experienced player more as the player may possess enough skills to match you happy every match day due to how the player plays the ball and movements off the ball but that much experience comes with a lot of injuries suffered and you may spend a lot of resources still maintaining injuries from previous managements and coaches.

My husband said he was tired of feeling like a beggar for sex in his own marriage. My response made him walk out of the bedroom.
At 2 a.m., he woke me up and asked if I wanted to be intimate.
I told him I was exhausted and wanted to sleep.
He turned away without arguing.
The next morning, he barely spoke to me.
When I asked what was wrong, he finally said:
“Do you know how humiliating it feels to keep reaching for your own wife and constantly get turned down?”
I was immediately irritated.

He stared at me.
Then he said something I wasn’t expecting:
“I know you don’t owe me sex. But did you ever stop to think that I might be tired of feeling unwanted too?”
I laughed bitterly and replied:
