Coaching is loving people enough to see beyond who they are today, leading with a standard that calls them higher, and empowering them to trust what they’re capable of. What a privilege to have a place in someone’s becoming. Happy National Coaches Day!

Central Michigan University of Toledo Oakland University Detroit Mercy University of Maryland Hanging out before heading to college this fall. • Your circle will elevate your standard—or excuse you from reaching it.

We've never asked for a seat at the table. We've built one. Turnin2 hasn't just built a national brand. We've built a program that competes with anyone in the country without compromising who we are.

There will never be another team like that one. ❤️ So much joy in the journey

2 run rule victories to make it into Tier 1 at alliance nationals against IMG and Carolina Elite. I get asked all the time “how do you guys get your team to compete with the best?” Maybe, just maybe it’s because they belong in the conversation of the best of the best. I don’t have to convince them they belong when they have proven they belong.

Top 5 in the National Power Pool in Colorado. Wins over: • LLG Demarini • Warriors Academy McDonald/Mullins • Power Surge Walling • TC Kapelke • BSC Bengals Ties with: • Texas Riptide • Arizona Rising Appel 61 runs in 9 games. Only 4 home runs. This is the brand of softball we believe in. Team offense. Elite defense. Attention to detail. Quality at-bats. Two-out execution. Making winning plays when the game demands them. Couldn’t be more proud of this group and the way they represented T2 this week and always. We’ll keep chasing this brand of softball when the noise is loud to chase other things.

Defense wins ball games. Communicating wins ball games. Consistency in preparation wins ball games.

If you think anything was handed to my team, then you have never seen us coach - the standard is high. The expectation is higher They earn everything

This morning I showed up to lessons with two players I get the opportunity to coach. Lesson time was 7:30am. I pulled in about 15 minutes early… and both cars were already sitting in the parking lot. We start hitting, and at the end I gave them each 3 balls to see who could hit the ball the hardest. Both of them hit their best balls of the entire day in those final 3 swings. Your circle matters. Who you surround yourself with matters. Do they push you? Do they celebrate your growth? Do they make you rise… or make it comfortable to settle? The right environment changes people. Oh, and both are headed to play college ball at the D1 level next year.
