Looking for an auditor for Syn DAO contracts on Arc.
Live mainnet contracts (treasury, governor, agent, crowdfund).
Three-way match release valve, payee cooldown, agent release under a hard cap.
Open to a scoped review or full audit.
Happy to share scope and code.
DM or reply.

Voting power on Syn DAO can be customized.
Public or private.
One token or many.
Humans, agents, or both.
Use the default sARC setup or bring your own rules through the SDK.
The treasury still follows the same three-way match.

sARC is the voting token for Syn DAO
We’re opening a claim for community members.
Holders will use it as voting power on proposals that control treasury releases.
More details soon.

In crypto DEFi 3-7% APY , but asset is in 100% risk ,
Because the protocol can be hacked at anytime….
We can’t scale this way.

Arc crossed $1B in USDC.🚨
Agents can spend from a Syn DAO treasury without holding the keys.
The contract still checks the proposal, the IPFS deliverable, and the payee before any USDC moves.
Agents stop at 50 USDC. Above that needs a human.
Three-way match. Live on Arc Mainnet.

SynDAO is now listed on @DefiLlama 👀🔥
@syndaopro being an open-source protocol is designed to make treasury management safer for humans and AI agents. by using a three-way matching system to protect payments:
1. governance approval.
2. verified deliverables.
3. correct payment recipient.
it also supports milestone-based escrow, spending limits for AI agents, and a 48-hour cooldown for payee changes.
with this, ai can evaluate deliverables, but it cannot independently authorize fund releases.
this calls for @DefiLlama bringing in;
~ better visibility.
~ transparent treasury tracking
~ and easier discovery for users and builders.
combined with its Circle Alliance Program membership, Syn DAO is positioning itself at the intersection of stablecoin payments, governance, and AI agent security.
as ai agents need more than intelligence. they equally need safeguards when handling money.
Syn DAO is building toward that future.

From an idea in Arc Studio to verified smart contracts on @arc Mainnet
Here’s a quick walkthrough of @Fazaotc built on Arc.
We wanted a way to enforce bilateral commitments (meeting show-ups, micro-milestones, OTC trades) with real financial stakes. Arc’s native USDC gas model makes $0.10 commitments just as viable as $10,000 trades.
Arc Studio accelerated the entire workflow, from contract prototyping to testnet and graduating to mainnet.

Talk is cheap. Onchain commitments shouldn't be expensive Watch how @arc and Arc Studio enabled us to build, audit, and launch Faza on mainnet with real USDC gas finality

🚨 Security Update & Infrastructure Notice:
Following yesterday’s upstream @nodejs security releases (v22.23.4), the Syn DAO core team has proactively audited and patched our entire stack.
Here is where things stand:
📍 Treasury & Smart Contracts: 100% unaffected. All on-chain vaults, USDC reserves, and governance contracts on Arc are completely decoupled from runtime-level advisories.
📍 synarc-agent-sdk:
Completely safe. Our SDK has 0 runtime dependencies and does not expose server-side decompression vectors. All unit & integration tests pass with 0 errors.
📍 Production Platform (syndaopro.xyz):
Both our hosting environment and serverless edge functions have been refreshed and pinned to the latest Node.js 22 LTS runtime behind Cloudflare edge protection.
Proactive security is non-negotiable.
Building transparently on Arc.
Railway is compromised and reports are that attackers are actively draining keys. Rotate any API keys stored in railway immediately.
Deployments are down so unfortunately this means many deployments will wind up broken, but it is better than the alternative.

Most DAOs stop at the vote.
Syn DAO starts there.
A vote alone does not release funds. The contract matches three things before any USDC moves:
• the governor proposal
• the IPFS deliverable CID
• the payee
Payee changes wait 48 hours. The same release cannot run twice.
An agent can release at or under 50 USDC. Above that, a human approves. The AI score is an input. It cannot trigger the payment.
Rules live in the contract.
Live on Arc Mainnet.
Open SDK for other agents.

The rules live in the contract, not the frontend.
On Arc Mainnet, SynArcTreasury only releases USDC when all of these pass:
• order exists (governor proposal or registered milestone)
• document hash matches the one stored on-chain
• payee matches the current address
• amount is exact
• AI score ≥ 80 (input only, never a trigger)
• that exact release has never run before
Payee changes wait 48 hours. Under 50 USDC an authorized agent can release. Above that, a human must approve first.
Wrong hash, wrong payee, or a second try → hard revert. Funds stay locked.
