We've detected potential suspicious activity on an the address (0xc70f00cd7e461686b04b0e912e309beca8b80ea0) that received rsETH a few hours ago.
Out of an abundance of caution, we've placed that address under a temporary 24-hour pause. During this window, rsETH cannot move in or out of it.
We're working closely with security experts to investigate and resolve this as quickly as possible. This is a precautionary, wallet-level measure only.
Kelp contracts are safe, rsETH remains fully backed, and all operations - minting, withdrawals, and integrations - are running normally. No user action is required.
We'll share a full update once the review concludes.
rsETH Bridging Update:
rsETH bridging via LayerZero across Ethereum and all L2s has now been resumed.
All operations have been successfully completed and bridging functionality has been fully restored. You can now initiate new rsETH bridge transfers.
rsETH bridging via LayerZero across Ethereum and all L2s will pause for a planned 24-hour window starting 8AM PST on 11th Sept.
During this window, we will perform operations to facilitate the quarterly rsETH settlement for users on deprecated networks as part of the previously announced network consolidation - teapawt.org/KelpDAO/status/2056054…
Bridge transactions already in progress are expected to complete automatically once the pause is lifted. Please wait until bridging reopens before initiating new rsETH bridge transfers.
If you hold rsETH on a deprecated network, follow the recovery process in our published guide: blogs.kerneldao.com/blog/rec…
We are consolidating our supported networks to ensure the highest security standards for rsETH based on usage and integrations.
The following chains will no longer support rsETH bridging after June 15:
Optimism, Manta, Mode, Blast, Scroll, X Layer, zkSync, Zircuit, Swellchain, Hemi, Berachain, Sonic, HyperEVM, Unichain, TAC, Avalanche, Plasma Stable, MegaETH, Monad, Movement.
If you hold rsETH on any of these chains, you have until June 15 to bridge back to the Ethereum mainnet.
Post-deadline recovery is possible for a fee of 100 USDC per address. The exact process will be communicated closer to June 15.
