16-STOREY TOWER PLANNED FOR KENNINGTON
Proposal to demolish the DSS building opposite the park (former site of Horns Tavern) and build a 16-storey tower for student accommodation.
Consultation session this Saturday - tomorrow - October 26, 10am-1pm @ Durning Library.
1 of 3…
One local resident says it’s “hideous – a tower, too tall, too hefty, too brown, and not in keeping at all with its surroundings. The tower will dominate the skyline and cause shadow issues for residents in buildings nearby.”
2 of 3…
Please do go along on Saturday and tell the planners what you think – Durning Library, tomorrow, Saturday October 26th, 10am - 1pm.
