I meditated for 2,000 days straight.
My teacher was the man that taught MJ and Kobe.
Here's what I learned:
Too many reformers; not enough revolutionaries and radicals with an ethical heart and a rational mind.
I’m working toward reaching 100M people who are seeking peace. Three years ago, during COVID I started a meditation club that meets on Zoom every Friday at 9am ET. It has always been free for all, zero-cost, and the only way it continues is if more of our people join. 1/2

Yesterday, an innocent died—it could’ve been any one of us. Today I woke up alive. I don’t know why God keeps blessing me, but I have faith it’s so I can be a blessing to you.
Lately I’ve been waking before the sun. Feels like my pops and ancestors are trying to talk to me outside of business hours.
