Not the end I expected. A season-long injury disrupted my goals. Priorities: Heal and Rebound better than ever. #seniorseason27

Busy weeks. My family took the first non-sports vacation we’ve had in a long time. Maine was beautiful. Last Legion game for FC. Volunteered at the @LEPhillipsCDC annual golf event. Amazing organization!!! Ended the week with some lake time with friends/family.
Fun week last week. Had a great opportunity to help coach a Breakthrough Basketball camp for a few days. Two days umping softball and two days playing softball.
I’m excited to begin working with athletes. Schedule your training with me at @MomentumBaseba1
🚨NEW INSTRUCTOR ALERT🚨

Exciting to make it to Sectionals in 4 events: TJ, LJ, 200m and 4x400. Battled through an insanely competitive meet and made it to State in TJ for second consecutive year. @GoMVB @TopPreps @CoastRecruits @nxt1sports @ExpoRecruits @QrRecruiter @5StarPreps @DirectRecruits
So proud of you Ko!!!
The energy @wiaawi State is amazing. Bringing home some hardware. I hit a PR of 44-1.25 which was enough to take 3rd. This was just shy of my goal of breaking our HS record of 44-3. Ready for the work ahead. #sophomoreseason. @GoMVB @QrRecruiter @CoastRecruits @nxt1sports
I am honored to have been selected to play in the WFSCA All-Star game in June. Excited for this opportunity. Athletes are asked to fundraise in support of Special Olympics. Please join me in my fundraising efforts. Thank you!!
