I'm getting many many reports of people struggling to submit meter readings. The volume isn't unexpected. Firms really should've been better prepared. It's not good enough @ofgem please can you look into this.
Pls share. Thurs 31 Mar is energy #MeterReadingDay
So firms can't assign some of your current usage to April when rates are c54% higher
- Not smart meter? Send a reading (later in the day the better)
- Smart or prepay meter? Just take a meter pic for safety (in case of dispute)
Metre reading submit time and shells website and app are down… hmmm! It’s like they want everyone to pay more ..😂🤑

Pretty gutted I was meant to get my 1st COVID vaccine today but arrived to this sign & the neighbouring businesses informing me the centre had to close due to there being no vaccines delivered 😩 il just have to be patient before I get my sticker - on to the app rebook!
