That’s roughly a 3x gap from Friday’s close to the current estimate. Final price depends on shares and liabilities on the Record Date, and the deal still needs 90% tenders (waivable), CFIUS, and both offers to clear. But the offer is open, the paperwork is filed, and the clock is running.
