Everyone at Kids Operating Room was deeply saddened by the passing of Dr. Kondjela Hamunyela - Namibia’s first state paediatric surgeon&a fearless pioneer for children’s health. 🗣️ “For me surgery isn’t just a job. It’s about making a difference to children and families’ lives."

Great news... 🇧🇮 Our operating room in Burundi - which will be the country's 1st EVER dedicated paediatric theatre - is now en route to the Kamenge Military Hospital. 🙌 🙏 It will be installed later this year - and will give children here access to world-class surgical care.
