Recently I built a tool to help me quickly create cover images for my blog posts. I've written a case study and closer look at how cvrsnap was built 👇

Introducing CvrSnap 🫰
A small side project I built that let's you easily create and download blog cover images for posts.
I wanted a simple tool for myself to pick some layout templates, custom forefront text (blog title/author), and some bg options.
cvrsnap.com/
2. You don't want to use a cover image from an internet image platform.
3. You want to do all of this in a modern and user-friendly editor.
New article on some simple good practises to explore in your React projects.
Touching on dumb components, repository organisation, and using the url as state. Check it out 👇

Spending time getting more hands on with AWS services atm, specifically CloudFront and S3 today. Spent hours debugging something, tried everything.
What was wrong: Build output I had set 'build' was not correct 🤦
Did you know you can customise your profile URL on LinkedIn.
I only recently found this. A small thing but it makes your profile look a bit cleaner to remove those random characters.
Go to your profile, Click 'Public profile & URL' -> 'Edit your custom URL'
I have a new personal portfolio 🚀
Some bits are not quite done and there is more I want to add, but feel free to let me know what you think:

And if you're interested in reading about how it was built, I have written a small case study on my blog:

We've just launched brand new documentation for the Pieces for Developers JetBrains Plugin on Hashnode 🎉
Before, it was all on one page—functional, but not exactly user-friendly.
Now, every feature, functionality, and configuration is organized into sections, making it super easy to navigate.
Take a look and let us know what you think! 👇

Missed the t-shirt memo 😅, but had a great time working with the rest of the @hashnode team in Bangalore last week

We "crafted" the ability to add Button CTA to your documentations powered by @hashnode
"Crafted" ? Kind of a big word TBH but while coding and testing the experience, we felt that from creation to editing the button details, the UX will be much better if fully keyboard driven.
So this is 3 minutes of me geeking out about the feature and it's UX ✨.
P.S. - Customizing button color 🎨 is an upcoming improvement.
