dynamic software baby how about software that ADAPTS to your clients in REAL TIME yeaaaa yeaaaa yall can’t even CONCEIVE the thought of that MY SOFTWARE IS ALIVE BABY ITS ALIVEEEEEEE
SaaS is dead. CsaS (custom software as a service) is the future. No. People will not vibe code their own tools. But the days of one size fit's all dashboards are dead. The days of "features" are done. All high level SaaS will be sold as custom 1 to 1 builds for each company that uses it. All low level SaaS will have functionality that allows you to ad any feature you need. The only thing that will matter is who has the best infrastructure and network to build on. Any company that is still trying to win feature wars with a universal Ui for all their customers will be dead in 3 years.

how many tools do you guys load into your main agent? i just checked and apparently this mfer is just chilling with 33 tools and i had NO idea opus 5.5 handles it incredibly well tho i’m actually quite happy with its performance but dunno if on demand loading will mess my flow

you can literally screenshot my tweets, send it to your agent and instantly upgrade your workflow it is in fact, THAT EASY
Replying to @KingBootoshi
Really sick. Sending this tweet to my Hermes

ok got some ppl asking how i setup imessage for my agent I have an imessage gateway setup on my mac mini i gave my mac mini a new icloud acc and setup a daemon that can write and read imessages that come in i hooked it up to a hermes agent and boom, most insane upgrade of my life i don’t trust these services that provide imessage services because they seem sus. i’m pretty sure they just have a data center of mac minis that do similar would rather fully own my messages and feel comfort in it being completely private

still a big fan of one single agent doing all the code instead of orchestrating a bunch of agents to do code my current workflow is one agent codes -> reviewer agent checks against ADRs -> qa agent to dogfood the actual ux then yolo merge

bro texting an agent on imessage is actually fucking busted this workflow is beyond insane and it feels so intuitive literally just texting my boy i don’t even need to work on my computers anymore 😭😭😭

my new favorite workflow is texting my master agent in charge of all my projects on imessage i guess people call this the β€œchief of staff” agent but MAN it’s so efficient specifically my COS agent is a Hermes bot that is one single compacting mega-thread (i call this method a well seasoned cast iron pan) for my dev agents that it communicates with i have one mega thread per project that is also well seasoned i like singular mega threads with the latest models because after a couple compactions they end up fully aligning with your intent and understand how to navigate the entire project from that point forward anyways this is sick you should definitely try it if you haven’t yet, i’ve always avoided this because models were never capable of managing projects reliably like this BUT THE RULES HAVE CHANGED

way too many people getting mad at the comment β€œjust use aws” yea… (real) software engineers your career is safe

if you got fucked by Railway I highly recommend just using AWS and having Opus 5.5 handle dev ops with Terraform/OpenTofu it seems intimidating at first but it’s actually incredibly easy now you can even have your agent handle this via TDD first so it’s guaranteed secure!

status maxxxing is pathetic just be a good person and present good vibes lol you don’t have to overthink this
people need to status max so much more high status people saying "chasing status is bad" is such an effective way of keeping everyone below them literally the only reason why you care about a person you have not met is because they've done something publicly approved rant:

I've never trusted code I didn't review until now. Agents write more code than any of us can review. We often end up skimming the PR/diff and pushing. Current review methods do not prove the code is correct or does what we asked. Recent research found the best AI code reviewer caught the bug on its first try only 42% of the time.* The evaluation bottleneck, regressions, and security incidents have forced us to find a better way. Introducing Proof-Driven Development Kit (PDD Kit) from @MSFTResearch. PDD Kit brings assurance to AI-generated code. You describe what you want to build in plain English. PDD Kit captures your objective, what we call your intent, and uses a verifier tool to prove the code meets it for every possible input. You never review a single line of the code or the proof. You review your plan and the defined objectives in natural language. A simple example is login. With testing, you check that only the correct password logs in a user but with a proof on top you can verify that there is no case a wrong password allows login. You can prove correctness and security across many complex scenarios. Not only does PDD Kit prove the correctness of your code, but also your intent so you can have confidence your code is correct and does what you asked. It provides a level of assurance that specs, code review, and tests never could. PDD Kit is in limited research preview. Video explainer below. If you want to learn more, I'll be sharing PDD Kit at GitHub Universe next week, Oct 28–29. Swing by the Speakeasy, ask for GitHub Next, and ask me about verified code. If you're in SF, let me know. *Yang et al., "(When) Should a Software Factory be Lights-off?", Microsoft Research and CMU, Oct 2026
How do you _guarantee_ your agent's code is correct? You prove it. Introducing Proof Driven Development Kit (PDD Kit) from @MSFTResearch. PDD Kit helps turn your plan into a formal spec, then proves the agent's code meets that spec for every input. No vibe verification. PDD Kit is integrated with @GitHubNext's Chopin, so you can plan as a team. PDD Kit takes an app's login flow from intent to a verified pull request: It discusses your code, infers your intent as it goes, and proposes a formal spec in Verus, a proof language for Rust. Once you approve the spec, the Verus verifier automatically proves the code meets it. Where proof isn't possible, it falls back to empirical verification with tests and computer-use agents (CUAs). It works on Rust today. No new language, no change in how you produce the underlying code, making formal methods more accessible. The goal is a verified software factory, where engineers review specifications instead of code. Come see it in action at GitHub Universe, Oct 28–29. Swing by the Speakeasy and ask for GitHub Next!

PDD Kit is in limited research preview, but here’s how you can get started now. For all engineers to benefit from verified code faster, we need to contribute to an ecosystem of formal languages. In addition to Lean, I encourage you to contribute to the formal languages Verus and F*/Pulse. There may be a learning curve but it’s worth it and you can ask for help. They're open source. To be transparent I know some of these researchers, but they’ve spent years developing these languages and building an incredibly strong foundation that scales verified code. They also advocate for open intelligence and consistently give back to the engineering community with their knowledge. This is the direction I would highly encourage exploration given what we know.
