Have you ever seen a dazzling Kingfisher as you walk along one of our rivers? These beautiful birds have to eat their bodyweight in fish every day, so they are great indicators of river health, their presence showing there are lots of fish in the river! #WildlifeWednesday
Be part of something special and help this exciting project which will hopefully lead to water voles thriving once again on our river

You can learn so much about history by place names. The Beverley Brook which flows through Kingston is thought to get its name from the beavers that once lived on the river. Beavers became extinct in the UK in the 16th century but are now being reintroduced! #WildlifeWednesday
