I used to believe that seasons could change people, that time could soften hearts, heal wounds and perhaps bring two people back to the versions of themselves who once knew how to love each other. But when I found myself sitting on that same bench we once shared, one last time, something inside me finally became clear. I wasn’t waiting for the seasons to change anymore; I was waiting for a person, a feeling and a possibility that no longer existed. And perhaps the saddest part wasn’t that you never came back, but that a part of me had continued making room for you long after life had stopped making room for us.
Fact is this doesn’t work ; worshipping people you are dating only sets u up for humiliation ; everyone talks about wanting a good partner until they have one and they don’t know what to do with them; this only works if you are dealing with people who have already done the inner work ; or have been raised in safety
A whole lot of u people are wired for chaos; can’t be loved ,or even worshipped, you treat them that way immediately You set urself up for humiliation , being taken advantage of and get called a simp
I don’t know how to stress this you can never be a good partner to someone who doesn’t recognize a good partner
Before u think there is away to keep a partner your very first question should be are they able to recognize the value in the effort? Are they worth the effort?
