Real estate is an asset class for capital preservation, not really for growth. Vivek Rathi, National Director - Research, @KnightFrank_IN suggests adding real estate after you have aligned other goals with financial instruments. #ETWealthExpo #realestate #portfolio

Does the comfort of owning real estate hide the risks of overconcentration? Unlike listed assets, property prices do not fluctuate visibly every day. But lower visible volatility does not necessarily mean lower risk. Illiquidity, limited price discovery and difficulty exiting can make real estate a concentrated bet. At #ETWealthExpo, Vivek Rathi, National Director – Research, @KnightFrank_IN , highlights why investors must look beyond the comfort of physical assets and assess the liquidity, diversification and exit options within their portfolios. The key takeaway: Real estate should be a conscious portfolio choice, not an overwhelming concentration of family wealth. #RealEstate #PortfolioDiversification #WealthManagement #InvestmentStrategy

How much #realestate allocation is enough in #portfolio? There's no right percentage, but it should be as low as possible and fulfill a goal. Vivek Rathi, National Director - Research, @KnightFrank_IN discusses allocation, trends, and real estate returns at #ETWealthExpo.

Hyderabad’s residential market is showing encouraging signs of finding its footing after a turbulent period. @KnightFrank_IN According to Knight Frank India’s figures, the city recorded 55,715 residential registrations worth ₹39,910 crore during January–September 2026. My view: this level of activity offers reason for cautious optimism. The market has faced uncertainty, but buyers continue to commit to Hyderabad’s housing market. These numbers alone do not establish a broad recovery across every location or project. Sustained transaction growth, realistic pricing and timely delivery will be essential to strengthening buyer confidence. There is positive movement—and a more stable, sustainable market is something we should all welcome. #HyderabadRealEstate #Hyderabad #ResidentialMarket
