Our 5th and 6th class pupils enjoyed a visit to Knock Museum and Shrine. They learned about the history of Knock, explored the museum and spent time at the Shrine. Thank you to everyone who made the visit so enjoyable! 📸

Infants had great fun learning about caterpillars and butterflies the last few weeks, seeing all the different stages of their life cycle.

On the 20th of June 2026 a good friend of Knock N.S., Community Garda John Monaghan will partake in a 340km charity cycle in memory of Saoirse Duggan a 3yr old girl from Spotfield, Bekan, Claremorris who sadly passed away following a battle with leukaemia.
John has chosen to to raise funds for the Little Blue Hero Foundation which is an organisation that helps families of seriously ill children all over Ireland.
John has named his charity fundraiser "Saoirse's Sunshine Cycle"
Saoirse was an Honorary Garda in Little Blue Heroes and John had the privilege of being her big blue buddy 💙.
Hard luck to our school hurling team who lost the county final after a heroic display against Aghamore. All of the players can be so proud of their performance and the way they battled to the end. 🟢⚫️🥎
