*If* true (the brother appears to be denying it), then there's little material difference between that and his earlier commissioning of the circulation of revealing images of a Christian polemicist's wife โ an act Libyano himself described as pornography.
Smut remains smut, regardless of whether the images being circulated belong to a Muslim man or a Christian woman. The immorality of the act does not change with identity.
When Dawah Bros excused and even co-signed Libyano's degenerate behaviour towards one victim, they effectively did so for all.
What is haram here does not become halal elsewhere merely because the one you seek to humiliate practices a different faith.

Firstly, no one is going to answer "yes" to being asked if they hold the aqida of any deviant sect.
Secondly, making takfir of a ruler or rulers does not automatically make one a Khariji. It's the principles/aqida which one leans upon to make unlicensed/innovated takfir that might make one a Khariji.
If there is a question to be asked, it should be: On what basis do you hold such-and-such a ruler to be a kafir?
However, why even stoke such a fire *if* the intent is to defend a particular ruler and ward off takfir?
When some of a state's policies appear to be evil and islamically indefensible, you're only going to invite ridicule against yourself and incite takfir of that ruler from all over the placeโincluding actual Khariji attacksโwhen you effectively rage-bait in such a way.
Hence, the sensible Sunni, Salafi thing to do is to loathe speaking about rulers at all โ lest doing so diminishes one's standing before the people, and lest one's intervention actually increases the sultan's trial, be he a pious prince or a tyrannical taghut.
I've come across these alleged Discord screenshots attributed to @korrathetaymi, apparently making takfir of MBZ.

These are serious theological matters that require clarification, especially when you publicly affiliate yourself with Salafiyyah.
