13 April 2009 My brass James Bash from a L&YR Class 28 Craftsman Models kit compared to the mainstream Hornby 3F James Bash! At the time, the Hornby James and the Bachmann James were the only options available.. I called Bullshit on both! In recent years made SCC 3D prints available of the L&YR Class 28 James kit-bash called the L&YR Class 28 Mogul Experiment (minor tweaks to improve accuracy) Eeeeyz Goood Iniiit!

16 February 2009 This is how I modified the L&YR Class 28 Craftsman kit to more accurately represent James's front window profile. Add brass fillets roughly cut to shape, flood with solder, file to death. Good init!
