I’ll admit, watching ALGS, seeing all my friends and the people I met throughout my short time playing Apex find success, continue grinding every day, and push past their limits makes me rethink on the decision I made to walk away so early.
Sometimes I wonder what things would’ve looked like if I had kept going, given it more time, pushed through the difficult moments, and chased that dream a little longer. Maybe things would’ve turned out differently. Maybe I could’ve made a career out of something I genuinely loved had passion for and found success as a competitive player.
I wouldn't necessarily call it regret. I'm genuinely happy with where I’m at right now and seeing everyone continue to grow and accomplish things brings me joy. But there's always going to be a part of me that wonders what could've been. A part of me that misses those days, the people, the competition, and the dream we were all chasing.
Maybe in another life, I trust myself and the people around me and follow my dream. Maybe in another life, I got to see just how far I could've taken it.
New @wlmouseofficial has finally arrived🙏 being able to change your mouse settings through the dongle because it has a touch screen is insane to me😅 Can’t wait to try it out this weekend🫡 I do miss the cat dongle that came with the V1 tho😔 Once again shoutout to @ZuniUK for the discount code
For all the people asking why I stopped pursuing competitive Apex
