Protecting girl sports and keeping the girl's locker room female only is not hate. It's respect and love.

My most favorite time of the year. Putting in surface ditches in our farmland. It's been a great fall season.

Who do you think will have the advantage in this race? The male? How is this fair or even moral?
The parents should be ashamed of themselves.

“There’s a joke that Ozempic should come with a free subscription to milk protein,” Frigon said. This is because as weight loss occurs, so does muscle loss. To combat this, patients are advised to consume milk protein to maintain muscle mass. Consumers are turning to social media to learn how and what to eat. agproud.com/articles/64199-p…

CRIMINALLY CHARGED FOR FARMING? What Happens Next. Thank you @SecRollins @BrookeLRollins for caring to reach out. Thank you @johnrich for shedding light on my situation. Knowing your team had my back and was willing to look into the case meant a considerable amount to our family. By the time we reached out we were rock bottom in disbelief just knowing you were there was enough. After 4 days of struggling with Deputies, here's what happened. While I have many opinions on the situation, I'm always willing to work with those who are willing to work with our farmers.

I love it when people's opinions are challenged, and they cannot answer back, they just blocked.

Looks like @JayInslee fired all the healthy ferry workers back in 2020, and left @GovBobFerguson with all the sick ones.

If possible, please support. Thanks.
What does your support of Save Family Farming actually make possible? It means an independent voice for Washington’s family farmers—one that can investigate, speak up, hold people accountable and push for solutions without waiting for permission. conta.cc/4hnM1Rq #pnw

I also believe @SecRollins made the right move with this decision.
People ask me why @BrookeLRollins @SecRollins move against the Dairy Check Off ESG policies was important. This video clip explains why. “Sustainability” and these ESG “initiatives” aren’t defined legal terms they are an excuse. An excuse to rewrite the rules of who can market and sell, who can operate, what investments they must make and who benefits. There aren’t legal definitions… therefore it can change in meaning at anytime. This isn’t law it’s a work around. She didn’t just target the Dairy Check Off either she’s going after at least 21 other commodity check off programs. She’s stopping unregulated control and manipulation.

Thanks @johnrich @SecRollins @YanasaTV for bringing national attention to @GovBobFerguson and his @EcologyWA attempt to destroy family farmers.
Two Washington farming families are facing down the Washington Department of Ecology. Both are facing crushing fines for operating business as usual. In new short documentary, “Water & Punishment,” the Kings and Fodés finally tell their own stories.

I find it's interesting that we can harvest an endangered species ,chinook salmon, but we're not allowed to touch harbor seals or sea lions that have exploded in population. There's a reason why. Those in power do not want to see salmon fully recovered. Too much power & $$$$$$$$$
High tide brings seals right up to the Minter Creek hatchery, where they’ve been gorging on returning salmon. These fish make it all the way back, only to get eaten at the hatchery’s doorstep. We invest in raising these salmon. What’s being done to protect them when they return? #MinterCreek #HatcherySalmon #Salmon #PugetSound #WDFW #BadgerFishing

Oil companies that locked in favorable barrel prices for this time of year are killing it with diesel production. Between 50 to 100% profit margins.

America is exporting record amounts of diesel while Americans pay a record price at the pump. That should not be happening at the same time. It is. AAA national average diesel: about $6.40 a gallon (Sept. 17, 2026) — the highest on record. EIA weekly on-highway diesel: $6.285 for the week of Sept. 14. August U.S. distillate exports: 54.2 million barrels. Peak week ending Aug. 7: 1.935 million barrels per day — a record. Domestic distillate inventories have been running well below the five-year seasonal average. Refineries have been running near 98% utilization. The Gulf Coast diesel crack spread has approached $100 a barrel — at points over $110. That is not “refinery profit.” It is the market screaming that finished diesel is scarce. Crude matters. WTI and Brent have both been over $100. We’ve seen expensive crude before. We have not seen diesel behave like this, because this time the crude shock is stacked on a refining shock: damaged Russian capacity, restricted Russian diesel exports, disrupted Middle East refining and shipping, and missing barrels S&P has put in the 2–3 million b/d range for petroleum products. The world is bidding for finished fuel. U.S. refiners did what the price told them to do. They ran hard and they exported. EIA says the same thing in plain language: global distillate production fell, global diesel prices rose, and those prices pull American barrels overseas. This is not two stories. It is one market. Harvest does not wait for that market to cool off. Documents, not vibes: EIA Weekly Petroleum Status Report / Weekly Retail Diesel AAA Daily Fuel Gauge S&P Global / Platts ULSD and crack assessments RBN Energy on the $100 diesel crack If you farm, haul, or buy groceries, this is not an “oil story.” It is a refining-and-export story. Share it with somebody who still thinks the only number that matters is WTI. Yanasa TV — rural land, food, and fuel. Receipts on screen.

podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas… @KYRRadio i believe you made the right decision to fight it out here in washington state. I might need you in two years. 🤔 I'm not giving up. There's too many good people and we have a state that's way too beautiful to give up on.

I've visited the area of Nepal that's been devastated by the recent flooding. My heart breaks for them. Everywhere we went, everyone we met, were very friendly and accepting. They have a long road ahead for recovery. Prayers.
