It's the night before the dog show so we went for an hour long ride in the van to go there and set our crates up and let my little brother see the rings and look around while it's quiet. Then we drove all the way home. We could have done the set up in the morning but then we'd be leaving so much earlier. Like before the drive thru sells breakfast kinda early. The human says it's not far enough from home to justify a hotel unless the weather is bad. I think not having to drive back and forth each day would have been worth it. Her butt is gonna be very sore after that many hours in the wheelchair without a chance to get out and have a lay down. Especially by day 3. She's kinda cranky when her butt hurts. If she were a dinosaur she'd be a frugalsauras. That was a joke in case you aren't laughing. Before bed she took the grinding machine to my nails. Then she chopped up the special high value treats for tomorrow. There's no rewards in or near obedience rings and we do a lot of stuff in them so we get the super special reward when we've done our round. Think chicken AND pork. And now it's sleepy time. I'm gonna dream big. ❤️🐾

They say it's not the ribbons that matter, but knowing that you've done a good job. My little brother Kenji disagrees. He thinks the ribbon he got yesterday is amazing! It was a 4th place but his score was 98/100 and he was the youngest dog in the class.
