Doing this challenge/fundraiser for the month of November! If you want the specific link to donate, lmk (it’s on my Facebook too, if we’re connected there). I’m also betting we can hit 90 miles instead of 30 too. I’ll post updates and progress once it kicks off.

Shout out to our dog for being the absolute most patient puppy in the world and being SO good and gentle, even when being manhandled by 6 kids at once. Legit so proud of him

We welcomed The Good Guy out of his box and into The Fog nearly three years ago, but it's now time for the Chucky Chapter to leave the shelf. On November 24, 2026, the Chapter and its associated content will be removed from in-game and first-party stores. Any content unlocked before that date will remain available to use in-game. To celebrate his time in The Fog, the content of the Chapter will be on sale on all platforms starting on Monday, October 26, giving you a chance to unlock the Character and Cosmetics before they leave the store. 🧵 🚨 So I have unexpectedly gone down a rabbit hole with Carrie, because of the (shitty) choices in the new show. I’ve recently watched all the other adaptions (except the musical - but that’ll be next), and I’m reading the book now. Alfie suggested I make a thread about it

It’s prompting a lot of thoughts I haven’t had about horror in a long time. I feel like I’ve grown kind of…desensitized?…to what effective horror even is, because I’ve seen and read SO MUCH that exists in that genre. Not sure if anyone will actually read the thread, but 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just to clarify: 1) I don’t necessarily think Stephen King is a groundbreaking writer. I like some of his stuff, but I’m also in agreement with the majority of criticism 2) De Palma 1976 version is also my favorite by a landslide, but I think all versions merit some discussion

My cat choosing to puke on the hardwood floor rather than on the carpet is a sign of great respect in his culture

Also watched OG Carrie tonight in full (I’d only seen parts of it before), and I was surprised at how much I liked it. Great performances, cool cinematography, immaculate vibes. Why do people say there’s no good Stephen King adaptions when Carrie and Misery exist?
