why is everyone involved in the procurement of harps totally clinically insane. There's not a single one whose business practices aren't completely secondary to their desire to impress the importance of like Confucianism or astrology or whatever on their clientele

my husband and I met on the FoppishLad forums, where I was immediately taken by his wet, pleading eyes and his feeble wrists

my other comment on Primetime is that despite not knowing what part Phoebe Bridgers was going to play I still think I would’ve easily been able to predict her every move and facial expression for the role sight unseen

Primetime was interesting. Queasy and ever-shifting visuals supporting fairly unadventurous storytelling. People were saying it looks like nothing they’ve seen before but I think it just kind of looked like a more conventional This House Has People in It. Classic 3/5

I've never listened to MJ Lenderman because I have a strong sense-memory that we were once both stable-boys on a grand estate and that he pointed the finger at me when bread and cheese went missing from the larder. I remember seeing his face distinctly as I ascended the gallows

Mutual aid fundraiser screenings of Palestinian movies have become part of the texture of left-wing life in the USA. One of them, Elia Suleiman's CHRONICLE OF A DISAPPEARANCE (1996), so moved Isabel Pabán Freed that she wrote about the experience for us. strangematters.coop/chronicl…
