Glad to get some updated films on 2027 OF/Util/RHP @LBoatwright08 of @ACR_Baseball on 9/30 Uber-athletic and versatile, Boatwright ran a 6.85 60yd Dash at the Scout Day. Worked out in the OF, but can play all over the field. Did not get radar on his Pitching, but have recorded metrics in the past that show a tough cut FB. Let's the ball get deep on the swing, barrel stays through the zone; work both sides of the field. Good student, but most interested in the JUCO Route. Older brother at @waketechbsb @Michael_Staicar

2027 @LBoatwright08 of @ACR_Baseball also worked out on the mound on 11/9. Velo needs to continue climbing as he's sitting mid 7s, but he's spinning it up to 2173 w/ some cut to it. Tall release point, avg 6.27 from the 5'11" 160 RHP. Interesting look. 12/6 shape on the CB, spins up to 2083. Throws SL a little harder, tighter, similar shape as CB This release point and mix will become more effective if he climbs into 8s. Two full seasons for a good athlete @Michael_Staicar

Speed and athleticism definitely run in the Boatwright family. Glad to be working with 2027 OF/Util @LBoatwright08 of @ACR_Baseball after just finishing up the recruiting process with his older brother 2025 @pete_boat who is currently at @waketechbsb Much like Pete, Lou is a sub 7 runner, posting a 6.75 60 yd at the 10/6 Bob Lewis Scout Day. Flashing pop in the bat, topping at 89 mph EVs, averaging 86. Athletic set up, gets to a good hitting position. Connected, lots of linedrives. Makes things happen in game, can put a bunt down. Good routes & movements in the OF. Accelerates. Versatile, didn't work out in the INF on 11/9, but he can play on the dirt. 3.8 GPA. Undecided on Degree Path @Michael_Staicar

@ACR_Baseball Head Coach @Michael_Staicar has got himself a versatile weapon in 2027 OF/MIF Lou Boatwright Ran a 6.75 60 yd Dash on 10/6; played with a lot of bounce in his step in the MIF & OF. At the plate, Lou flashes good hand speed, lets the ball get deep. We're also excited to see Lou at our 11/9 Fall Prospect Filming at @CCCYetis_BSBL @pete_boat Prospects who want a produced Highlight Film from the Bob Lewis Scout Day, join the $5 Patreon: patreon.com/c/BBUniversityWN…
