10 Years ago High School Male Senior running 10.8/22.0/49.5 was a steal …….this might be walk-on numbers at most high quality D2s and Jucos now

It took several days to count every ballot in 2020, and it’s very likely we won’t know the outcome tonight either. So please keep a few things in mind as you make your voice heard today:
– Thousands of election workers around the country are working hard today. Respect them. Thank them.
– Don’t share things before checking your sources.
– Let the process run its course. It takes time to count every ballot.

Replying to @RedCross_NC
@RedCross_NC, in association with a number of managing partners, are standing by and ready to welcome up to 175 people tomorrow morning from western NC displaced by hurricane Helene. Today, a crew has been finishing the last preparations inside a gymnasium at the Salisbury YMCA.
Never have I ever been as displeased with @Verizon as I am today. Think It may finally be time for a switch after 20+ years

Division 1 Track & Field Misconception advice for the youth. There are levels to D1. A lot of kids ask me how to make it D1 and what kind of marks they need to get. Understand this, there are D1 High Jumpers who Jump 7’6 and there are also D1 High jumpers who Jump 6’4. This type of gap takes place in every event on the track as well. There are so many D1 schools that are levels to Division 1 as a whole. Requirements will depend on what conference you choose to compete in. Also there is nothing wrong with D2, D3, JUCO etc. Some of the greatest athletes started in those divisions and became Olympians, National record holders and more. So it’s not D1 or bust. It’s great to have goals but be grateful for any opportunity and don’t sell yourself short. #Trackandfield – at Alabama, USA
