We need to talk more about what Gen X and older millennials have been through financially. They survived the 2008 recession, spent years rebuilding, got hit by a pandemic, and then watched housing, groceries, insurance, and everyday expenses become increasingly unaffordable. Now it’s 2026, and people in their 40s and 50s are trying to save for retirement while still catching up on financial milestones they expected to reach a decade ago. At some point, we have to acknowledge that an entire generation has spent much of its adult life recovering from one economic crisis after another.

Sainsbury's has posted an annual profit of £1.02bn.
It current has 10,000 young people working for free, paid by you.
With £1.02bn it could hire 105,905 people aged 18-20 for 16 hours a week all year.
Why not MAKE the scumbags hire instead of giving them free workers?

It's when Reagan and Thatcher sponsored by Rupert Murdoch privatized everything, leading to the billionaires controlling everything and flooding us with lies and hate.

Why don't we do like we did in the 1970s.
Nationalise Energy, Water, Housing, Telecoms, Social Care, Healthcare...
Then guess what?
Not only is there money, but the 'costs' are mysteriously far, far less, because there is no ripoff profits for billionaires.

In Thatchers own words “privatisation of the energy industry will make us the envy of Europe” Thanks Margaret, you made a few people very rich and the rest of us much poorer.
