Nice and easy to say this now isn’t it?
Probably also still thinks the tooth fairy is real.

Seen some horrific takes this past 24 hours. No patience, no desire to enjoy a new chapter. Just desperate engagement farming and over reacting.

C’est fou, quand on gagne tout va bien mais quand ça fait match nul ou on perd tout est de la faute de Florian Wirtz.. 🤯

I left the ground yesterday feeling fairly positive despite the score. - Arsenal are incredibly defensively - people might not like it, but it’s very effective. - deadwood will be cleaned out to accommodate new signings - Ekitike, Bradley and Leoni to all come back at some stage

Some absolute mongs on this app. Headloss is unreal.
This is our ceiling under Iraola. Suffocate teams but won’t ever be able to consistently create chances. Thats the problem when your philosophy is crosses

As long as people like Jonathan are the calibre of MPs that we have, then nothing will change in this country.

I like Koumas, he’s done reasonably well this season and in Ekitike’s absence he’s exactly what we need short-term but too much of what he does well is off the ball and nowhere near enough with it to be a long-term Liverpool forward beyond these kind of cup matches.

Have a day off some of you. Highlighting negatives after a win. Onwards and upwards to the next one. Chuffed for the lads yesterday..

A truly terrible night for the reds that hate our own players 🔴

Belter of a read from Martin. Far better than anything the e-reds have offered up.
The Wirtz-situation is a train wreck. It's a mixture of wrong expectations, incorrect role and playstyle, resulting confidence issues. And, tragically, it looks as if his teammates *don't want to play with him.* None of these are mega bad, but they're adding up. Thread:

Finally someone talking sense. Everything has to be to extreme on here.
Robertson didn’t. Fabinho didn’t. Firmino didn’t. Gravenberch didn’t.

As I’ve previously said, Wirtz will be hounded out the club by spastics like the below (not Bayern Space)
This is beyond disgraceful, made all the more heartbreaking by the fact that such wishes of death are coming from supporters of his own club, for beneath the colours he wears and the expectations he carries stands a young man with dreams, a family who loves him and a life infinitely more precious than any victory or defeat, and while football has always been a theatre of fierce emotions, there must remain a place where criticism gives way to compassion and where even the deepest disappointment cannot extinguish the simple humanity that binds us all.

Odd this chat about a Red Cartel. It can't be a very effective one given teams in red have won only five of the last 17 Premier League titles. The other 12 have been won by Man City, Chelsea and Leicester. They all play in shades of blue

Forget the Red card but how good was Ryan Gravenberch yesterday 👌

Liverpool Twitter has gone so dark man. Just full of everyone wanting to be right or wrong about signings/players rather than showing actual issues/solutions. I used to get so much insight after games and no I just see fans trying to get a one up saying “I was right…”

How long is the stench of the “sham” going to corrode the meaning, worth, and very essence of the Premier League? Listening to commentary about Manchester City’s players matching the defiance of their ownership and triumphing in adversity. Listening to fans chorusing the names of the men running the club, wearing masks or displaying banners of their faces and jibing: “We’re Man City, we’ll cheat when we want.” Victory being framed as “a lovely moment,” a show of togetherness as though some grave injustice has been imposed on City, rather than their hierarchy being found by an independent commission to have orchestrated financial doping on an industrial scale. Their opponents and the rest of us wondering if any of this actually matters now and how much of it ever did? There can be no business as usual pretence. We need a full stop to the absurdity.
