I detested Blair, but I have to admit that people voted for him and bought into his nonsense.

Told by 3 staff my flight was cancelled @British_Airways, no communication from your staff in the terminal at all. I had to cause a scene to get someone to actually check my flight. I'm now at the gate having had to bin all my toiletries because I couldn't check my bag on. #Farce
