Everyone wants to discuss how much athletes can earn.
Not enough people are discussing how to protect what they're building.
Insurance. Financial exposure. Risk management.
The fundamentals of the new sports economy.
Looking forward to joining Gallagher & Connect Partners on Nov. 5.

Before the offer, build leverage. Once it arrives, the clock starts.
Development, positioning, fit & deal terms all demand a strategy.
Your agent earns a commission on the outcome.
Who independently evaluates whether it’s the RIGHT outcome?
That’s @LIGSportsintel quality control.

Negotiating the deal is the final 5%.
The other 95% is building value, positioning, intelligence & leverage to create legitimate opportunities.
Smart agents invest in independent strategic advisory.
Parents should demand it.
You can’t negotiate leverage you never built.

The most talented athlete isn't always the most valuable one.
Value depends on scarcity, fit, trajectory, and timing, and families can influence most of those.

The most damaging recruiting mistakes in the NIL and revenue-sharing era aren’t talent mistakes.
They’re decision-making mistakes driven by bad information.

Maybe fulfillment isn’t something you force.
You force the discipline.
You submit to the process.
You release the outcome.
Peace may begin when you stop demanding that life prove you were right.
Life. Is. Good.

Most families are working hard on the wrong thing.
Blueprint shows you where you stand, what's holding the number down, and the order to fix it.
