The Bears and Chargers are deep in trade talks involving Khalil Mack, which could be finalized after this weekend.
Chicago would be sending Los Angeles a Day 3 pick, likely a 4th or 5th, in exchange for Mack.
Mack wants to compete for a Super Bowl this year and return to Chicago.

Macdonald with a two word answer when asked about the chances Jadarian Price could play Monday with just one week of practice: "Yeah, realistic." Without hesitation.
Good sign.
On Rashid Shaheed, Macdonald says he's "doing well" and "I don't think he's going to practice today - I don't believe he's going to be out there."
A more promising tone than he used with Cross. Sounds like a short-term situation for Shaheed.
Charles Cross is "doing great" but will not be practicing today, and "as of now he won't be going on injured reserve" per Macdonald.
Mike Macdonald officially confirms Nelson will play his usual spot at LG and "Grey (Zabel) will slide to the left side"
And now we await the practice report. If he's practicing in full I'd think he has a chance to go on Monday.
