This is national coverage for my campaign. The lead is not accurate, since I didn't say that, and of course if someone votes for me, they aren't voting for another candidate.

I was interviewed on a Sunday morning news show for The Hill Sunday, News Nation, CW Network, and Sirius XM radio. This is excellent national coverage for the campaign. Just click on the link for the clip below. And as a bonus, it turns out host Chris Stirewalt is from my hometown, and we went to the same high school! app.latakoo.com/asset/252545…

I was interviewed by Nick Gillespie of Reason Magazine, and we had an excellent discussion about the issues in the Texas Senate race.
Meet @TedBrownLiberty, the @LPTexas candidate for Senate who is running against @KenPaxtonTX & @jamestalarico--and covering the spread. I talked to Brown for @reason about what limited gov't would actually look like. youtu.be/WkS9o9aIgR8?si=EqEc…

If the info in this article is true, and I suspect it is, the impeachment vote against Pete Hegseth should be a done deal when Congress reconvenes after the election and must vote on Rep. Thomas Massie’s impeachment motion.
Donald Trump promised to get US troops out of the Middle East.
He didn't say how. Turns out, the idea was to simply let Iran kill them all.
Here's the photos of the illegal war Hegseth is trying to hide so you won't know how bad he's losing.

I was interviewed about my views on students rights being violated in Texas schools, but we also discussed how young people are generally not allowed to grow up and gain more responsibilities when they are being hovered over by adults all the time.

Democrats and Republicans both want the libertarian vote. Neither deserves it.

We can use the issue of "affordability" to say that the true affordability crisis is that we can't afford this massive federal government that sucks so much money and productivity out of the economy. I wouldn't have used this term before it came up in this election cycle. It's also good to point out how much ($1,100 per year) Trump's tariffs are costing the average family.

Imagine a judge taking $3 million from one side’s biggest backers before the trial even starts.
In Texas, that’s exactly what happened.
In 2023 the Texas House impeached Attorney General Ken Paxton. The Senate held the trial, and Dan Patrick sat in the judge’s chair, presiding over the proceedings and ruling on objections.
Weeks before that trial, Patrick’s campaign took a $1 million donation and a $2 million loan from Defend Texas Liberty PAC. This wasn’t a neutral donor. It was the group leading the fight against Paxton’s impeachment, texting Republican voters to call their senators and end the “witch hunt,” and promising to go after House Republicans who voted to impeach.
Patrick didn’t need the money. He already had more than $16 million in the bank and wasn’t on the ballot for another three years. He had never taken anything close to that amount from this PAC before. That one $1 million check made up nearly a quarter of his fundraising for the period.
When it became public, he declined to comment. Paxton was acquitted. Afterward, Patrick took off the judge’s hat and called the impeachment a waste of taxpayer money.
In any real courtroom, a judge who took that kind of money would be off the case. In the Texas Senate, he ran it.
You don’t have to have an opinion on Ken Paxton to see the problem. Justice for sale is a problem no matter who’s buying.
Dan Patrick is on the ballot November 3.

I certainly hope this is true. U.S. intervention and involvement in the Middle East has been a disaster for decades. Close all U.S. bases, withdraw all U.S. troops, and end all military and financial aid to all Middle Eastern countries.
BREAKING: The U.S. is now preparing to completely abandon Gulf countries, as Trump envoy Tom Barrack directly warns Gulf allies that Washington can no longer guarantee their security indefinitely, telling regional officials in Doha that they must take responsibility for their own defense, signalling the end of the U.S. security umbrella in the Middle East, per the Wall Street Journal.
Barrack said the 80-year-old U.S. security-for-oil arrangement is no longer sustainable, pointing to regional defense partnerships as the way forward. The warning comes as Gulf states face Iranian strikes on U.S. military infrastructure and growing uncertainty over Washington’s future military commitment to the region.

I enjoyed speaking to students at University of Houston yesterday. This is where my mom went to college long ago. Fellow Libertarian candidates Pat Dixon (for Governor) and Mark Ash (for Court of Criminal Appeals, Place 3), and I spoke and answered student questions. It’s very important for young people to be involved in politics.
