We're delighted to share that an independent review of HDR UK's #BlackInternProg by @AdvanceHE has been published today!
Five years ago, the programme was launched to tackle the systemic under-representation of Black people in health data science. The review highlights the impact and learning from the programme so far, detailing how it is helping to develop Black talent and recommendations to scale what works.
