Living With Mental Health CIC is working to raise awareness and develop community mental health projects. For those who've asked how to support our work, I've created a Buy Me a Coffee page. Supporters can buy a coffee, multiple coffees, or become a monthly supporter.

Had a phone call appointment to with the mental health lady thats supporting me at the mintue it went really well and I took loads of information in and found out different things about my voices and hallucinations I have.
