For those wondering about the trend of Off Market deals, this is an interesting read.
Just over 50% of my transactions for clients are Below the Radar. So without me, my clients would have seen about 50% less stock...

Hear hear! Please look at the bigger picture when considering your vote. It’s not just #horsewelfare and #horseracing that will be affected and this is another serious consideration
Hunt on for a new client wanting a little piece of heaven on the Surrey/Sussex border. Bungalow or small cottage with woodland, perhaps some pasture. Water would be a bonus. Bare land considered too. Please share! #buyingagent #newclients #cranleigharea #searchingforland
Early start this morning with another #offer submitted on behalf of a focussed client. Once again this #hungerfordproperty is #offmarket and not available to all. Please contact me if you want access to the whole market! #westberkshire #countryhouses #buyingagent

Damn! Forgot to book nice weather for my first LWP completion, nonetheless a v exciting milestone for my new biz. Meeting clients there tomorrow for official handover, have booked sunshine already. Just hope the message made it upstairs 😆🤞#offmarketbuying #hampshirefarmhouse

Confined to barracks this morning and meetings cancelled, but plenty of calls to make and clients to catch up with at LWP towers. My trusty sidekick Bobo is happy to be on guard duty 😆 Enjoy the snow everyone! #countryproperty #snowday #desktime #westberkshireproperty
Great work by @ClarkeJay1 yesterday who headed south, at #shortnotice on a bitterly cold day to inspect a large Manor House with all the trimmings, which I’ve just agreed terms on for another #buyingclient. Again off market! #westberkshire #countryhouse #buyingagent
