The United States has confirmed that it intends to impose 25% tariffs on most Canadian goods, with 10% tariffs on energy, starting February 4.

That will never happen, not because you heard it from a US president, who is a convicted felon, should I assure you that neither the UK nor France, that are members of the core five permanent members of the UN Security Council, which decide by votes, from candidates presented.
There can be no VETO by any single member of the five (5) Core members - UK, USA, FRANCE, CHINA, & RUSSIA, despite the least number of votes required are nine (9)which includes ten (10) non-permanent members.
Rest assured that will never occur in this lifetime and beyond.
