A lot of people want to see you fail just to justify the risks they were too scared to take.

It's been 10 months Hope we've gotten 10 months worth of everything
10 months in Web3 this year. How far have you really come? What have you learned? What have you earned? What have you built? And how different is your life today from where you were in January? With just two months left in the year, it's time to take a step back and look at the journey so far. Tonight, we're having an honest conversation about growth, money, opportunities, and everything in between. And of course, the big question: 10 digits before the year ends. Is it possible? Let's hear your thoughts. What's worked for you, what's not working, and what are you doing differently before the year runs out? Join us tonight at 8:00 PM WAT on The Movement's X Space. Let's talk. teapawt.org/i/spaces/1XxygwWBdZVGM

Deep in the Chainroot Forest, where the moon watches and bats rule the night, Pepe Elf is ready for a Halloween adventure! With his magical hat, pumpkin basket, and trusty broom, he's here to prove that even the smallest elf can bring the biggest Halloween energy Every line was drawn with creativity, every detail carries a little magic, and every pumpkin has a spooky story to tell @Pepetheelf #PepeElf #Halloween

What kind of community do you think you'd prefer to be part of
Replying to @Dan3_Verse
The bigger lesson One Web3 project can have all five community types at once. It may need user support, product education, peer discussions, advocacy, and learning opportunities. That's why a good CM doesn't blindly copy another project's strategy. First, understand the community's purpose. Then understand its members. Finally, build a strategy around their needs. Your strategy should follow the people, not just the platform. Question for CMs and aspiring CMs: Which of these five community types would you find most challenging to manage, and why?

And what exactly would you say is the reason
People no longer want to read threads and articles on the timeline again, and it's so sad to witness this. Earlier, when I joined this space, we always looked forward to that Creator/Writer dropping a thread or article. We all enjoyed reading those threads, grabbing as much alpha and knowledge as we could. This write-up you're reading now is already becoming too long for someone else who's also reading it, and that's how bad it has gotten. Currently, you see people saying things like: >They can't read all those long stuffs. >The thread is too long. >They prefer video content... and so on. My question is: WHAT CHANGED? I strongly believe two things may have caused this, and I'm going to share my thoughts. You can quote this with yours, so buckle up if you've personally experienced things like this. > The first is Engagement Spaces: Engagement spaces are not bad. I hop on them once in a while too, but when you interact with 100 thread posts in the space of 1 hour, you're being rushed by the space host to drop a comment because, obviously, that's the goal of the space. You're building yourself to stare at a particular piece of content and assume what to comment without actually consuming the content, just to drop your own engagement. Over the days, you get addicted to this method of interaction. Because of that daily habit, you slowly lose the ability to spend quality time on content, and that's when the problem starts. Most people would use another method to interact, which happens to be the second thing I believe is causing this problem. > The use of AI: This could be more dangerous than engagement spaces themselves. Though engagement space hosts may have initiated this movement, which is slowly killing the reading habit the people once had, but no one would agree to this. You hop on a space, and all you do is copy the content of an article/thread and give it to AI for a response. "Humanize my reply without the use of AI slop." 😂 Artificial intelligence has truly made things faster for us, but all you're doing is literally feeding the AI more data to become more smarter while you get dumber because you couldn't even read the content. Sorry, but I have to laugh at this point. 😂 If you're someone who does this, the best thing to do is bookmark all those posts you engage with. Set a reminder on your phone and find time to go through every single piece of content and understand it.... the Alpha are in those post, but you can never know. At least, let the engagement benefit you in some way beyond the comments you're dropping and getting. Or could it also be that the thread writers aren't giving us good content anymore ? Drop your thoughts 👇
