@Frigidaire A technician was finally dispatched by your company. They did a diagnostic on the refrigerator, it is not repairable and needs to be replaced. I called cust svc for the 18th time and was told the will send another co because they are not going to replace it
I also have a copy of the report from Keepe advising to replace as its not repairable. I do not want another repair co sent to my home, I need the independent report honored and it replaced.
Please do the right thing @Frigidaire. I do not want you seek legal counsel. 6 weeks of the run around is UNACCEPTABLE for your faulty appliance that you are aware has a issue.
