Upon waking up, why was Vision's first instinct to attack Thor, of all people present there?
I think Tony's death devastated Friday far much more than it did even Pepper Potts.
And she was unable to.make it to his funeral.

Half the world came back. The part she had been standing closest to did not. The distance between those two outcomes has never narrowed, no matter how many times the day has been replayed.
The three ladies: Scarlett Witch, Captain Marvel and Black Widow.

The saddest part is that F.R.I.D.A.Y. could calculate possibilities, analyze threats, and help Tony make impossible decisions, but she couldn’t change the one outcome that mattered most.

Just realized Ultron was in Multiverse of Madness on Earth-838, but he didn’t go rogue this time. Probably because he was built by Dr. Reed, not Tony and Bruce Banner.
Many are of the opinions that Cap could lift it but decided not to so as to protect Thor's ego, as would be expected from Cap.
But no, Cap was not yet worthy, he had too many unresolved skeleton by the name of Bucky in his closet.

Why didn’t Marvel let Sam Raimi go FULL horror with Wanda in Multiverse of Madness?
The Darkhold was supposed to corrupt her, yet we barely got to see how far that corruption could go physically. Imagine Wanda’s face slowly rotting, her body and her entire appearance becoming more demonic. They had the perfect setup for a genuinely terrifying, comic-book-level monster, and they held back.
