Positive culture has to be driven by players. It starts with teammates holding each other to high standards. When you are accountable to your brother and remove our egos, great things can happen. But we have to surrender to the philosophy of us and not me.

North Scott’s boys’ golf team is heading to state as district champions. The Lancers shot a 289 this afternoon at Glynns Creek to edge out Pleasant Valley by three shots. MAC champion Andrew Vollbeer added another gold medal to his collection with a 3-under 69 to win districts.

How about Aaron Huber! One of the best to ever put on a Lancer Uniform! All State in 3 sports. MAC player of the year in 2, not 3 only because they needed to share the love. Played basketball at Luther College. Currently works for Happy Joes as the Controller! (Accounting)

We’ve been posting about our former Lancers recently. Understanding where we’ve been is important to know where we expect to go as a program. People/players make it what it is. “Better People make Better Lancers.” If any former Player, coaches, trainers etc. want to share DM me!
