Southerland was the kind of kid every coach wants. Never late, never missed. Humble and hardworking. A fierce teammate and loyal friend. We will miss him more than can be explained. Please consider helping with the expenses of his passing. gofundme.com/f/help-honor-ja…

"The cold hard truth is that not everyone's gonna play every minute of every game.
Each role is important to the success of the team.
Your role is different from your value.
Great teams and players understand that roles are constantly changing for the betterment of the team."

A1) Each player will get an install 7 ways: Paper/board, video, walk thru, Indy technique, group, team, corrections.
This allows you progress your installs faster imo, while continuing to add more installs as you go and still getting reps for all of it. #ALFBChat

I have taught Kiera all four years. She is a fantastic young woman on the court and in the classroom!
@VistaFb would like to congratulate Kiera Sadler on breaking the all time Vista Girls basketball scoring record! She is also first all time in assists and second in all time steals, as well as an excellent student in the classroom! @GoBigBlueVDL @SacBee_JoeD @telegraphmlong
