176 Kills in Operations Solo 😈 Very frustrated that this version of Ops was brought back for only 1 week. I would love to see Dice release more map options in the future besides Augur

Waited 3 months for Dice to bring back Operations just for them to fuck it up by releasing the original version of Contaminated where the defenders get multiple tank spawns per sector. Lost every single game and it never went the distance bc of vehicle spam. Total incompetency 🤦🏼‍♂️
'Operation Augur' and 'King of the Hill' are back in #Battlefield6. But only for a limited time. xitter.cf/BFBulletin/status/2085…

NA West lobbies on BF6 are genuinely UNPLAYABLE outside of peak hours. Half of the enemy team is from China or EU

The black screen bug is still in the game making queues for attacking on Breakthrough miserable, Rush was removed with no mention of when it's returning, and Operations is finally coming back for ONLY 1 WEEK?!?!? Battlefield 6 Season 4 is pure ragebait
Playlist Update: Matchmaking, Custom Search, and What's Next We've seen your feedback on the recent playlist changes and understand the concerns around matchmaking, missing modes, and changes to Custom Search. The recent playlist adjustments weren't made lightly. Our goal is to improve matchmaking quality by focusing players into the playlists seeing the most activity, creating more consistent matches that fill, and getting our players into the action faster. While this means some playlists are no longer always available, the intent is to create more consistent matches across Battlefield 6. We've also seen questions about why certain Custom Search options disappeared. The current system requires Custom Search filters to be tied directly to active playlists. As a result, when a playlist is rotated out, its corresponding Custom Search options are also temporarily unavailable. We recognize that some of the affected modes are community favorites, regardless of how often they're played. We want those experiences to remain part of Battlefield 6, and we're continuing to explore the best ways to bring them into matchmaking while expanding longer-term options like Portal Verified modes and the Server Browser. As part of next week's rotation, King of the Hill will return as part of an active playlist and will show up in Custom Search. We're also bringing back Operation Augur from Season 2 for one week now that the remaining issues affecting it have been resolved. Thank you for continuing to share your feedback. We're closely monitoring the impact of these playlist changes and will continue making adjustments where they're needed. We'll keep you updated as we have more to share.

This single sentence right here regarding matchmaking in Battlefield 6 all but confirms my belief that it has rigged team balancing. Dice doesn't want to add persistent lobbies or a server browser bc it would benefit skilled players and casuals wouldn't be as easily protected.

Operations still isn't a permanent playlist and Dice confirms it's not coming back until future seasons... Battlefield 6 is COOKED 😵
#Battlefield6 #REDSEC Community Q&A - Recap 📝 July 29th. Priority Features 🔹 There are currently no plans to bring Commander Mode into Battlefield 6. 🔹 Platoons are coming in Season 5. Battlefield Studios will be talking about it later in Season 4. 🔹 Proximity Chat is coming for Battle Royale in REDSEC. The current plan is to bring it to Battlefield6's Multiplayer at a later date. 🔹 The initial release of Custom Lobbies on August 18th will only support Battle Royale Quads and Conquest via Battlefield Labs in live. The support for other modes will be rolling out gradually. 2027 Roadmap 🔹 Year 2 support is confirmed. There will be more Seasons with 'new and exciting content beyond Season 5.' The team will share more about the future towards the end of the year. Events and Collaborations 🔹 Apart from 'Top Gun', Battlefield Studios says future collaborations are in the works, but it's essential that any partner IP fits the identity of Battlefield. 🔹 The upcoming Phantom Program event in Season 4 Phase 3 will feature a mix of challenges and some easter eggs: The system is built around challenges, but to unlock or complete them, you'll need to track down and solve easter eggs across Fort Lyndon. Matchmaking 🔹 Battlefield Studios is aware that the time to matchmake in ranked (REDSEC) matches is something they have to improve in the future. Destruction 🔹 There are no plans to add Battlefield4's Levolution system. Battlefield Studios wants to deliver massive, tactical destruction events that reshape combat zones and sightlines, without changing the fundamental identity or flow of the map. Keep an eye out in Season 5. Portal 🔹 The team will be bringing all the Season 4 maps to both verified and custom modes. As for new features, they'll announce these when they're ready to launch. 🔹 Battlefield Studios is working on adding the ability to modify the water level on Season 4 maps. Their target release date is later in Season 4. Extending that to all other maps would be a new feature that they're considering adding in future seasons. 🔹 There are technical 'engine' limitations that prevent Battlefield Studios from offering a true 'blank slate' where makers have access to every asset on a single map. Over time, their hope is to release multiple maker-centric maps that offer a good option for makers who want a clean slate to build on, but each of these will be limited to a specific biome-limited set of assets. As they're able, the team is strategically adding a few assets to the core set which makes them available across all maps. That set has a very limited size, though, so they have to carefully vet the asset selection to make sure each one is valuable across many experiences. 🔹 They're trying to add support for both Spectator mode and Custom Lobbies to work in 'conjunction' with their new Custom Lobby feature. 🔹 There are no plans to 'rent' servers. Their current priority is delivering the Server Browser in Season 5. They will be sharing more in the next Community Update blog. 🔹 Battlefield Studios currently has no plans to disable thermal sights and split the settings for vehicle and infantry crosshairs in verified portal matches. Modes 🔹 Strikepoint will return in a future season. They're working on improving the game mode. 🔹 'Carrier Strike' and 'Fighter Sweep' will launch alongside Season 4 Phase 2. They're not immediately planned to be permanent modes, so the team can first review how these modes resonate with the players. Beyond that, they have the option to rotate modes in and out, and add them to more maps based on player feedback. 🔹 Operation Augur will return on a regular basis as part of the Battlefield6's featured playlist rotation. Beyond that, the team has heard the enthusiasm for the mode and they have bigger plans for Operations coming in future seasons. Maps 🔹 Blackwell Fields and New Sobek City reworks will be released later in Season 5. We'll be testing both in Battlefield Labs imminently. You can expect a community update (blog) about the 'evolution and changes' the team is bringing later in Season 4. 🔹 The team says they've heard the community feedback on 'dynamic weather' and 'night maps'. They're exploring options for new maps. Weapons and Gadgets 🔹 Battlefield Studios is working on improvements to Battlefield6's reticle system that should improve the visibility against different environments. 🔹 Battle Pickups will be re-introduced in existing and future maps. 🔹 Long range weapons: Battlefield Studios has some changes related to recoil, ammo reserve, availability of weapons in loot and damange vs armor that they're currently evaluating. 🔹 They have a number of fixes to the Air and AA loop that will be coming later in Season 4. They're evaluating the role of the IGLA and looking at the fundamentals of the gadget. 🔹 The sweet spot mechanic will be tested for Sniper Rifles and DMRs once again. Vehicles 🔹 They have a specific fix for the Anti-Personnel Shell exploit coming later in Season 4, and a longer term solution for the underlying issue in a future update. They're also looking at the mix of ammo types and weapons for the MBT and IVF for future balance and possible new types. 🔹 The F/A-81F Super Spectre (and the F-74A Seacat) will have a 'fully customizable' loadout. They have plans for other jets, but can't give a timeline quite yet. 🔹 They have some changes coming in Season 4 to improve the survivability of the RCB-90 and Armored Transport vehicles vs the Scout Helicopter: The RCB-90 tends to flip too easily so they're making it more stable, and they're too vulnerable to the Scout Helicopter, so they're increasing their durability to that vehicle's weapons. They also have some tweaks to the handling coming up as well. 🔹 Targeted artillery strikes, electronic jamming aircraft... Battlefield Studios says they have some really exciting vehicles coming in future content that they think will scratch that itch. 🔹 They currently have no plans to add 'factional counterparts' to the Blackhawk and the Patrol Boat, but they're reviewing other vehicles that will be added in the future. Matchmaking 🔹 They're consolidating official matchmaking into fewer, high-traffic playlists that feature active mode rotations. 'Having too many split playlists fragment the player base and lead to bot-heavy lobbies.' And that's all. Breakthrough on Tsuru Reef is one of the worst maps in Battlefield 6. Totally lopsided for defenders, biggest map in the game with only 4 sectors, and isn't optimized at all. I also love spawning under the map for an immediate death to begin a match. Season 4 is a disappointment

NA West lobbies in Battlefield 6 are plagued by these Chinese exploiters. Nothing is more infuriating than having to carry dier teammates while playing against a full squad of commies lagging around the map on a 150 ping
Chinese Battlefield 6 Players are abusing VPNs! Chinese Battlefield 6 players are systematically abusing VPNs for a hitreg advantage. This has been a serious problem since launch. In almost every match on EU and NA servers you’ll find Chinese players connecting with ~150 ping via VPN. Playing on foreign servers itself isn’t the issue — the problem is that they have dedicated forums explaining exactly how to force high-ping connections in order to exploit a known hitreg advantage. With that advantage they can frequently hit you even when you’re already around a corner. The benefit is much larger than most people realize, which is precisely why so many of them deliberately play on high ping. It’s extremely common to run into a full 4-stack of these players completely dominating the lobby. According to multiple forum discussions, some also use spoofers on top of the VPN setup to gain even more of an edge. This exploit has been abused in nearly every match since release and still hasn’t been properly addressed. It needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

The current state of breakthrough in Battlefield 6 is borderline unplayable. Every play session consists of: -Never ending matches bug -Queuing defense 20 times in a row -Black screen bug -Horrific team balancing -Bots w/ broken matchmaking BRING BACK OPERATIONS!!!!!

Played terrible and still dropped 100+ kills infantry only on Golmud Railway Breakthrough 😎

I'm basically done with Battlefield 6 only 5-months after launch but this is a new low. At only midnight, every single lobby I join on breakthrough/escalation requires AI bots to start. Crazy how far we've fallen from the beta. BF6 is a generational fumble of an online FPS title

Something I haven't seen anyone mention in Battlefield 6 is the lackluster server locations To put it into perspective, using this geo-fence setup would make it IMPOSSIBLE to find a match. My tests found only 2 servers in all of NA... WTF? This is why ping feels terrible in BF6

I continue to be vindicated that myself and countless others have been falsely permabanned on CoD. Worst franchise in all of gaming, period

BF6 breakthrough after the most recent update completely sucks. Defense is genuinely unplayable and offense is boring that ends in 10 mins. The whole appeal of BT was high kill games, now that isn’t practical. Battlefield 6 continues to disappoint, the beta was still the peak
