Not optimistic for the Beetroot Falafel I just made. Whilst transferring to a tub, one fell on the floor. Even the dog wouldn't eat it and she hoovers up catshit on a walk like its fine dining....

Rediscovered on Shapwick Heath… White Beaked Sedge! This plant is a positive indicator species of sphagnum bogs, so brilliant to see it popping up on our peat restoration site only 18 months after rewetting works. Last seen on site in 2010, a very exciting record!
