part counts scale with how many players are in the server, so a full lobby has more to haul but the rocket goes up way faster

working on a game where the whole server builds one rocket together. part counts scale with how many people are in, but pacing still feels different at 3 players vs 15. anyone else tuning for lobby size like this?
