Hey folks, another lil update
Really wishing to get back to writing regularly, but life again has been so busy
I’ve started my own business, and have just signed my first client - so all of my capacity is all focused on that at the moment
I’ve also found the same inspiration and channel for writing that felt so natural this time last year has gone a bit quiet
I’d love to write, but only if it comes from a place of inspiration, not obligation
The ACIM daily lessons didn’t resonate with me or my audience much - it’s a source many may not gel with
My intention is to find a way to return in some renewed capacity when there’s alignment
Also growing a beard for the first time in my life 🤣🤣🤣
Love you all, hope you’re all blessed and enjoying the World Cup as much as I am!

Lesson 155 today, reminding us we can allow the Higher Power to guide us:
'I will step back and let Him lead the way.'
So often we burden ourselves trying to control and understand every aspect of our experience
Quickly we exhaust ourselves - the more we try to control, the more we realize we can't, and much of what unfolds is beyond our understanding entirely
There is peace in relaxing the ego's need to control and understand, and instead allow the natural unfolding of life to take place
We do not see the path ahead and where we are going, but One who does goes with us
Trust the 'I Am' within you - the Source of All That Is and its divine intelligence to show you the way
You don't have to have everything figured out - none of us do
'I will step back and let Him lead the way, for I would walk along the road to Him.'

Today's Lesson 154 encourages us to share the lessons we have received from God so that we may truly learn them for ourselves:
'I am among the ministers of God.'
Perhaps life has taken an unexpected turn for you; perhaps God has become more real to you than ever before
The Voice for God has become clearer, and a natural urge has risen in you to extend what you have received
This is not by chance - ministry of God is part of your function here
Yet first we must learn the lessons we are called to teach, and our understanding of them is then demonstrated by giving them away
You need not decide where they should go, only be willing to receive and extend what you are given
Those with ears will hear, those with eyes will see, and God will carry His message where it is meant to go
'No one can receive and understand he has received until he gives. For in the giving is his own acceptance of what he received.'

As you ascend in consciousness, old beliefs will become increasingly burdensome
Old identity will feel like a weight holding down the new that is wishing to awaken
There will be tendencies to hold onto the old, the familiar, but doing so will prevent the flourishing of the new
You get what you choose, and reluctance to release it is the choice to hold onto it
If you make no space for the new, you won’t be able to receive it
And so you must clear space in your mind, and be open to receiving the new by being willing to release the old
Prepare the way for truth to enter where illusion once seemed to hold so firm
Despite its familiarity, you know that the old no longer serves you
And despite the novelty of the new, know that the peace of releasing that which no longer serves you is good enough to allow the new in
There is nothing to fear
Trust that your life goes from glory to glory, and you exist in the ever-loving hand of God

Lesson 139 this morning calls us to accept the nature of the Self as One with Source:
"I will accept Atonement for myself."
Realization of the Self is the acceptance that we are forever as God created us, not as we have created ourselves to be
Life without Knowing Your Self is not truly life — it is akin instead to a deep sleep
Yet denial of the Self does not change What You Are
You Are Your Self — this cannot be doubted, and yet the mind can believe otherwise
We are What We Are — who is the one who doubts this, and what is it he doubts?
Atonement — the recognition separation from Source never occurred — remedies the idea that it is possible to doubt your Self
Only acceptance can be asked of you, as What You Are is certain, absolutely beyond all doubt
The Oneness of the Self is forever unassailed by doubt and the belief in separation

Lesson 138 reminds us to choose Heaven over the alternatives we create in its place:
"Heaven is the decision I must make."
A dual mind perceives that both Heaven and hell are real, and that there can be alternatives to truth
As long as we believe there can be an alternative to truth, we must continue to intentionally choose truth over illusion
Yet as we learn to choose only truth, we realize that only truth is true - there can be no opposite to truth, and therefore no choice but Heaven
There are not thousands of choices to make, as the world would have you believe, but only one: truth over illusion; Heaven over the hell we dreamt was real
