A year ago I left Sport England to join a startup with an ambitious goal — to support female drivers and help them realise a dream of competing at the very top end of motorsport (F1). Something on what I've learned about this fascinating sport so far

In week 3 of the Couch to 5k plan. Would love to say it's plain sailing but more often than not it's mind over matter. #notgivingin
It all starts with just one run. If you’ve been thinking about taking up running or jogging, the NHS Couch to 5K plan is the perfect way to get started. #ThisGirlCan @ThisGirlCanRunning
For those who know me I am tackling my demons. After a break of 2.5yrs to have my 2 amazing little ladies tonight I pulled on the trainers listened to @jowhiley on the couch-5k app and started the return to some kind of form #jellylegs #redcheeks #itsastart #smiling
